BOOKING POLICIES ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 30 DAY CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED TO CLIENTS WHO REQUEST A CHANGE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO BOOKED APPOINTMENT. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD DEPOSIT CREDITS OVER 30 DAYS. ALL CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE WITH CONTACTING US VIA PHONE OR TEXT (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) OR EMAIL (firstname.lastname@example.org) Prior to 30 DAYS FOR RESCHEDULE REQUESTS.
If you need to reschedule an already existing appointment, you can carry your deposit over to the new appt. 1 time within 30 days. A minimum 48 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CARRY OVER THE DEPOSIT. However, if you reschedule more than the 1 time, you will be required to pay another deposit. LATE POLICY: Wholeharmony offere a courtesy 15 minute grace period for our guests. If you’re very late (over 15 minutes) your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

All payments for our services must be made in advance. We accept payment via PayPal and credit card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a sound healing session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, the session fee will not be refunded.
