Order Fulfillment

We are grateful for your purchase. After
Ordering with us, processing will take approximately 5-7 business days before receiving a tracking number.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not administer refunds or exchanges.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged
We handle each order with immense care and ensure each container(s) and/or mug(s) is/are securely packaged. In addition, we check for any damages prior to shipping. After your order is in the possession of the delivery services we are no longer responsible for said packaging. Please refer to your tracking number to estimate the arrival of your order.

To ensure delivery to the correct address, please to verify that the name and mailing address is exact. If package is returned to sender by delivery service, Genteel Teas will issue a full refund not including shipping charge.

Re-ordering from a return to sender
If same order is ordered again, we will require an additional shipping charge.
Any addition to original order will be charged.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
