In Ghana, we call forth the divine masculine and divine feminine energies. Learn the healing ways of our Ancestors. Â Through yoga, drumming, energy healing and holistic workshops, we'll awaken your inner divine masculine and feminine. In small groups and together as one, harness the complementary energies within. RETREAT FACILITATORS:Â
JALEAA LEWIS- Owner of Whole Harmony is A Retired RN, Holistic Healer, Seba Master Kemetic Reiki Pracititoner and divorce coach. Jaleaa has a passion and purpose for helping women of color release generational trauma and baggage, use their voice and step into their power. Jaleaa curuated this retreat to help guide the masculine and feminine energies back to themselves by connecting with  ancesteral healing practices, releasing trauma and embracing their authentic selves. Â
Doc T Elliott retired in 2022 as a Professor of Music, where he taught courses on the History of Hip Hop Music and Culture, as well as Introduction to Social Justice. His book, "Spirit, Rhythm, and Story: Community Building and Healing through Song," explores the transformative power of music and music therapy in healing communities. Additionally, his most recent book, "Hip Hop Music: History and Culture," stands as the first e-book designed for hip hop music instruction in California community colleges.
Doc has completed Certificates in Sound Therapy and Kemetic Reiki, and dedicates his time and efforts to working within the community. His sessions aim to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and anger issues, through drum circles and sound therapy treatments.
